You’ll receive communication from us with your scheduled time frame. If anything changes, we’ll do our best to keep you updated as soon as possible.

Tommy will arrive as close to your scheduled window as possible. Plumbing work can sometimes take longer than expected, especially when emergency calls or hidden issues come up, but we will communicate with you if timing changes.
To help the visit go smoothly, please make sure:
The work area is accessible
Items are cleared from under sinks, around water heaters, or near the plumbing concern
Pets are safely secured
Someone 18 or older is available if needed
Gates, garages, crawlspace doors, or utility areas are unlocked if access is needed
Tommy will look over the setup, explain what he finds in normal homeowner language, and answer your questions.
For larger installs, we’ll walk through the work area, confirm the plan, and make sure you know what to expect before work begins.
Payment is due when the work is completed unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time.
We accept common payment methods and can let you know your options before your appointment.
