If water is actively running, shut off the main water valve and contact us right away.

Do you handle non-emergency plumbing work?

Yes. We also handle non-emergency plumbing services such as fixture installations, slow drains, maintenance, inspections, repiping projects, and planned repairs during normal business hours.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Shanks Onsite Services, LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. Our plumbing license is active and issued by the Georgia licensing authority for your peace of mind.
